Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend fragrance and beauty products
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
• Book appointments and drive sales for in store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to sell and build a customer following
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
• Meet sales goals and participate in trainings with brand partners

• Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking organization and follow through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
