Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Engage customers and build lasting relationships
- Use text and social media to support selling and grow following
- Provide styling and product guidance with confident recommendations
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty program
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation
- Work flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments
- Handle and move merchandise safely per physical requirements
