Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers and build lasting relationships
• Use text and social media to support selling and grow following
• Provide styling and product guidance with confident recommendations
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty program
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation
• Work flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments
• Handle and move merchandise safely per physical requirements
