Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Use company shopping platforms and technology to assist customers and complete transactions
- Represent the brand by delivering consistent in-store customer experiences
- Engage in clienteling and begin building a personal clientele
- Provide feedback to management on sales and category opportunities
- Maintain sales floor standards and visual presentation at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate register and stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and navigate sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to collaborate with management and coworkers and support a team environment
