Summary

Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that drives sales and supports store initiatives. This role focuses on customer engagement, brand representation, and contributing to team training and results during peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve assigned sales goals.
• Provide personalized customer service and build clienteling relationships.
• Support company initiatives and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.
• Participate in team training and execute business results.
• Utilize available selling technologies and alternative purchasing processes.
• Maintain store standards and ensure sales floor readiness at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs.
• Engage in networking to develop a customer base.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel.
• Willingness to support new technology and multiple purchase channels.
