Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by prioritizing customer needs and building client relationships.
• Deliver a consistent in-store customer experience aligned with brand expectations and store vision.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and digital and alternative shopping options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback on customer and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
