The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This part-time role contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store team and represents the brand's customer experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping customer needs at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and the use of technology and alternative shopping options.
• Engage customers and build clientele through networking and product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide management with feedback on opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
