Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, support store initiatives, and help drive sales while representing brand standards. This seasonal role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the potential for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize technology and alternative purchase channels to enhance sales
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Assist with product discovery tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
