Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Represent the brand and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with store standards.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback with management.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
