Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand policies.
- Engage customers with the Polo Connect program and educate on programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain BOH processes.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with management and colleagues.
- Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and processes.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver around the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Ability to operate the register and perform cashier duties.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
