Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supporting store sales goals during the seasonal period. This role supports store initiatives, uses digital selling tools, and helps build clientele while demonstrating company values and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through customer-focused selling
- Support and execute company and store initiatives and standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
- Use digital and alternative sales channels such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Facilitate product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools
- Maintain sales floor and store presentation standards at all times
- Engage in networking to build and grow a clientele
- Operate register and assist customers on the sales floor and in dressing rooms
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical store tasks
- Comfort using technology and point of sale systems
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
