Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
- Support and participate in team training and company initiatives
- Utilize retail technology and alternative purchasing processes to increase sales
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Maintain sales floor standards and visual presentation at all times
- Support product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes and virtual catalogs
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Willingness to support use of new technology and alternative purchasing processes
