The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting sales goals and company initiatives. This part-time seasonal role requires a collaborative, resourceful team member who represents the brand and helps customers discover products through in-store and digital shopping options.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and achieving sales goals.
• Deliver an engaging in-store experience aligned with brand standards and company values.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and ongoing engagement.
• Support team training, company initiatives, new technologies, and alternative purchasing options.
• Maintain sales-floor and store standards and provide management with feedback on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
