Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Represent brand standards, support company initiatives, and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in training, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift or climb as required for store duties.
