Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving daily sales goals, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand expectations in a high-volume retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused interactions
- Support and execute company and store initiatives and standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Utilize company shopping tools and technologies to support sales
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual tools
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
- Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
