Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and help achieve sales goals. They represent the brand in the store, connect with customers, and support a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by putting customers at the center of decisions.
• Deliver an experience aligned with brand expectations and support company initiatives and team training.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options, including digital tools.
• Maintain sales-floor and store standards and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; maneuver throughout the store and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
