The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and supports sales goals in a retail store. This seasonal role is an entry point to future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Share product and styling knowledge, assist customers in fitting rooms, and support customer connection programs.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment and provide feedback to management about products and opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
