Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting sales goals and representing the brand. Demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge and contributes to an inclusive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, meet individual sales objectives, and help achieve store sales plans.
• Assist customers with styling, fitting room needs, product information, and available customer programs.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in company training and collaborate with colleagues while sharing customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
