Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized and inspiring customer service in a high-volume retail environment. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and delivering a consistent brand experience while participating in team training and using store technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales to meet individual and store goals
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Support company and store initiatives and represent brand expectations
• Participate in team training and utilize store technology for sales
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as click to ship and ship to home
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Engage in networking to grow customer connections

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Willingness to support use of new technologies and digital tools
