Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Support company initiatives, participate in team training, and use technology and alternative shopping options to serve customers.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and communicate customer, category, and business feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Operate the register and meet physical requirements, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting or climbing as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
