Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Represent brand and customer experience standards while maintaining sales floor and store standards.
• Build clientele, support team training and company initiatives, and provide feedback to management on opportunities and customer needs.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing paths to improve customer access to products and shopping services.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
