The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This part-time seasonal role builds customer connections while delivering an experience aligned with the brand's standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Build client relationships and use alternative shopping and product discovery tools to support purchases.
• Represent brand expectations, support company initiatives, and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
