Summary

Provides a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. Supports customer connection, product discovery, and store initiatives in a collaborative retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and delivering an experience aligned with brand expectations.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative purchasing and digital product discovery options.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback on sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
