Summary
Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, meeting sales objectives and upholding brand standards. Role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and supporting store operations during a seasonal period. Works as part of a team to drive KPI performance and maintain store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain BOH standards.
- Participate in company trainings and contribute product feedback to management.
- Support a cohesive inclusive team environment and champion company values.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings and compliance courses.
