Summary
Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting sales objectives, and maintaining store standards. This role focuses on customer service, driving KPIs, and assisting with visual merchandising and operational tasks during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies
- Engage customers using loyalty programs and educate them on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain BOH processes
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance
- Provide product feedback and support a positive team environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Comfort with following visual and store standards and company procedures
