This seasonal role supports store initiatives, engages customers to build clientele, and helps achieve daily and monthly sales goals while representing brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to meet individual and store sales targets
• Provide personalized, customer first service and represent brand expectations
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use available sales technologies and alternative purchasing processes to assist customers
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
