The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and helps achieve sales goals. This part-time seasonal role supports customer-focused service, business initiatives, and a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and building client relationships.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and alternative shopping and purchasing options.
• Represent brand expectations and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Share feedback with management about successes, opportunities, and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
