Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
• Build customer relationships and promote alternative purchasing and digital product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
