Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while helping achieve sales goals. This part-time seasonal role supports store initiatives, builds customer relationships, and represents Ralph Lauren's brand expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and support alternative paths to purchase and digital product discovery.
• Participate in team training and company initiatives, and provide management with feedback on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
