Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customers and achieving sales goals.
• Deliver a consistent shopping experience aligned with brand expectations and support company initiatives.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and ongoing engagement.
• Use alternative purchasing options and digital tools to improve product discovery and accessibility.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities and customer needs.
• Participate in team training and support a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
