Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales while representing brand values. This seasonal role involves customer engagement, teamwork, and use of company technology to support alternative purchasing methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer focus
• Provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
• Support company and store vision by delivering consistent brand experiences
• Participate in team training and share feedback with management
• Utilize technology and alternative purchasing channels such as Gladly and Ship to Home
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Engage in networking to grow clientele
• Assist with product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical store tasks
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock areas, and dressing rooms
