Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps customers discover Ralph Lauren products. This seasonal retail role supports sales goals while creating a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and assist customers in fitting rooms.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
