Summary
Provide an exceptional customer first shopping experience as a Brand Ambassador, supporting sales objectives and representing the brand through product knowledge, styling, and adherence to store standards. This seasonal role focuses on driving performance through KPIs, delivering personalized service, and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation and standards.
- Perform operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Use company tools and programs such as Polo Connect to engage customers.
- Participate in required company trainings and talent development.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with management and colleagues.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and other BOH tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Capability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
- Comfort using company programs and tools to drive customer engagement.
