Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, prioritizing customer needs and supporting store and company initiatives. This entry level role focuses on driving sales, learning new technologies and beginning to build clientele while representing brand expectations and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use new technology and alternative purchase methods to broaden customer accessibility
• Represent expected customer experience and brand standards on the sales floor
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
