Summary

Part-Time seasonal role delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. The Brand Ambassador focuses on customer service, teamwork, and representing brand standards to build clientele and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives
• Utilize technology and alternative shopping methods to support sales
• Support store standards and maintain sales floor presentation
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and co-workers
