The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and creates an exceptional customer experience. This role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and contributes to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help meet individual and store sales objectives.
• Share product knowledge and fashion styling guidance, and assist customers in fitting rooms.
• Maintain sales floor, visual, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening or closing tasks.
• Support store initiatives, training, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
