The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and store standards. This customer-focused role collaborates with the team and shares knowledge of fashion, styling, and available customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, fitting room needs, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile for extended periods; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and required travel.
