Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that meets brand expectations. The role focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, supporting store initiatives, and participating in team training while representing core brand values.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Proactively engage customers and focus on customer centric decisions.
- Support company and store initiatives and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
- Participate in team training and utilize new technologies to drive results.
- Assist customers with alternative purchasing options such as ship to home and virtual services.
- Use digital tools for product discovery including QR codes and digital catalogs.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience and category opportunities.
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and backroom areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Comfort using technology and alternative sales processes to assist customers.
