Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, extraordinary service to every client.
• Process purchases, gift cards, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to store, product, and service inquiries and resolve client needs professionally.
• Support sales floor and store teams with point-of-sale expertise.
• Assist with holiday events and client experiences.
• Handle client information according to privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for exceptional client experiences.
• Confidence using technology and computer applications, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma.
• Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
