Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador of the brand and deliver memorable client experiences
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
• Use in house clienteling tools to build and maintain long term relationships
• Develop product and brand knowledge and apply it in client interactions
• Operate as a personal advisor to clients and tailor experiences to client needs
• Contribute to team performance through collaboration and a strategic sales mindset

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background if luxury experience is not present
• Curiosity and motivation to learn brand product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Commercially focused with drive to achieve sales goals
