Seasonal Client Advisor - Madison Flagship

Summary

The Seasonal Client Advisor (Greeter) creates a welcoming environment for customers at the Madison Flagship, assists with needs, and provides excellent customer service while representing the brand. This role supports sales and store operations during peak seasons and ensures a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers upon entry and thank them on exit
• Manage customer traffic to maintain smooth and organized flow
• Provide shopping assistance such as offering beverages and directing to product locations
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies
• Educate clients on company history and current product knowledge
• Support team members to help achieve store sales goals
• Perform retail associate duties during slower periods including restocking and organizing displays
• Maintain store readiness and housekeeping duties

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and slower environments
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
