Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and product knowledge.
- Use CRM tools to capture customer data and manage a client book.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy.
- Contribute to visual presentation and uphold image standards.
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Address client issues including shipping and alterations and provide prompt follow up.
- Support general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team oriented with collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to client needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
