Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor role supporting sales, operations, and visual merchandising to deliver a personalized luxury client experience. Partner with store leadership to execute brand standards, assist with product care and BOH tasks, and contribute to store objectives during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an elevated client experience to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand needs to support sales.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to FOH and executing product care requests.
- Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform BOH organization and product assortment go-backs to maintain operational flow.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and support overall store objectives.
- Respect brand grooming and behavior standards and follow company policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to fulfill the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or other client oriented roles acceptable.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to follow operational policies and execute visual merchandising tasks.
