Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury customer service, achieving sales goals, building and maintaining client relationships using clienteling tools, and supporting daily store operations and visual standards at the Woodbury Commons location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books and follow-through on client inquiries and special requests.
- Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database.
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance tasks.
- Assist with openings and closings and participate in team meetings and training of new advisors.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and store policies.
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma minimum.
- Organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
