The Seasonal Client Advisor generates sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand at the Yorkdale location. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting team sales goals, and maintaining store operations during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals
• Educate clients on company history and products
• Maintain an active client book and cultivate relationships
• Support team members to meet store sales targets
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow up on client purchases repairs and inquiries
• Operate POS system and open and close register
• Process payments and returns and conduct inventory counts
• Maintain store merchandising standards readiness and housekeeping

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Experience developing existing clients and prospecting new clients
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent problem solving positive attitude and team player
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
