Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients on the menswear floor
• Assist with styling and product recommendations to drive sales
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle client inquiries at the point of sale
• Support inventory activities including restocking and receiving
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet store targets

Requirements

• Previous retail or client service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of menswear and current fashion trends desirable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Professional appearance and presentation
