Summary

Provide personalized customer service and fashion guidance in the Active department. Build customer relationships, grow a personal sales base, and meet sales goals while creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer style, fit, and product guidance.
• Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and timely follow-up.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while staying informed about merchandise and trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory support.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
