Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide service and style and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and completing light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and collaborate with the team.
