Summary

Provide personalized service to families shopping for kids' apparel, shoes, and baby essentials. Build customer relationships, share product and fit expertise, and work toward personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer helpful, confident style and sizing guidance.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools, and follow up after purchases.
• Meet sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department stocked and customer-ready, including re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
