Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to Women's Apparel customers while building lasting customer relationships and achieving sales goals. Maintain expertise in product knowledge, fit, and trends to deliver a welcoming and helpful shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer thoughtful style and fit advice.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Stay informed about products and fashion trends, and support a productive team environment.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
