Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, confident style and fit advice.
• Build a personal customer base using in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and follow up with customers.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and support the team as needed.
